100% of our EPB actuators are checked and tested. 
We warrantify the quality and correct function with different tests:

• CLAMPING FORCE TEST: measuring of the force exerted by the caliper piston when operated by the EPB actuator under different voltages.
• ENDURANCE TEMPERATURE TEST: resistance to life cycles into climate chamberand test bench, monitored under min. and max. voltages and temperature range.
• LEAKAGE TEST: This test is to prove that the actuator is sealed and that there are no leaks caused by faulty materials or processes.

ISO 9001:2015 and  IATF 16949:2016 certifications.
